I would just like to establish some kind of procedure in regards to storms, in case there are some on the days that we play at the soccerplex ,please note it is very RARE that we cancel games as you know it becomes really difficult to re -schedule due to lack of space! The procedure will be as follows:

1) All team reps should check their emails at the end of the day (the day of the game) and if you do not have access to email and you are still in doubt because of the weather then call my cell

2) All players should contact their team reps 2-3 hours before the game if there is a snow storm!

3) They could check the web site I will try and get it there in time

I will be emailing each team rep, if in doubt you can check your email first, or call my cell 889-7627. If everyone only has the one phone call to make it will be easier on all team reps you will not have to make 13-15 phone calls, all your players are responsible to call you, the rep and therefore only 1 phone call is made by all and no one goes to the plex for nothing, the cancellation will be made before5pm the day of the game. If you would like any more info please do not hesitate to contact me and as usual please confirm reception of this email.

DO NOT CALL THE SOCCERPLEX AS THEY DO NOT DECIDE IF THE GAMES ARE CANCELLED OR NOT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER YOU!
